| How to buy |
| 1 Choose your vehicle | |
| Select the vehicle you wish to purchase from our stock list. If you don't find what you're looking for, please contact us from CONTACT. When there is not your stock rolling stock desired, I find the rolling stock desired at auction and suggest it. We run a search on the vehicle for you. We find out as much information and details as possible, in addition we get pictures and the auction sheet for you. (Only we can find specific information such as Chassis Number, Damages, etc. for you.) We then calculate a price and send you our results. |
| 2 Order your vehicle(s) | |
| Place your order by submitting the stock number(s) of the vehicle(s) you are interested in. You can submit the number(s) either by online order form, email, or FAX. |
| 3 Receive PROFORMA INVOICE | |
| As soon as we recieve your order, we will fax you proforma invoice. Sign
it, and send back to us by fax. Then, we will confirm your order and inform you. |
| 4 Arrange payment | |
| Please arrange payment by Telegraphic Transfer(T/T) within 2 days. We will start a bid process after receipt of money confirmation in the case of the auction rolling stock. We will push forward the arrangement of the ship, customs in the case of the stock rolling stock. |
| 5 Shipment Arrangement | |
| After we confirm the receipt of your payment, we will ship your purchased vehicle(s). |
| 6 Recieve Documents | |
| After the ship leave Japan, we will deliver original B/L and other documents
you need by courier. |
| 7 Delivery of Vehicle(s) | |
| Pick up the vehicle(s) at your port. Make sure you bring all the necessary documents. |
